A group of dog owners, in the small village where I lived, used to get together to walk around the local fairgrounds - an informal "dog park"...I often took photos and one photo of my neighbour's beautiful collie mix captivated me. The dog's fur seemed to float in the cold, Canadian winter wind....ergo the name of my painting.
