Feather with Eggshell

I collect feathers that I find on my walks through the woods...the juxtaposition of the black (almost blue) feather, paired with this delicate eggshell on a weathered piece of wood made an interesting composition. I kept the format small, in keeping with the subject matter - painted from life.
