Pont Neuf

This is a studio watercolor painted from a photograph taken by the artist on a recent trip to Paris. To me, this is one of the most elegant structures in Paris and while the lighting was nearly perfect the day the photo was taken, I have adjusted the view, minimized background detail and pushed the light to bring life and focus to the painting.
