To Ona
It was a typical coastal morning with the sun making its best effort to burn off the last of the fog, revealing the distant evergreen hills so ubiquitous in Oregon. This was a sandy path through the beachy scrub to Ona Beach. The beach itself was far too windy to paint, but the trees above us and bush surrounding gave us two friends a still and quiet spot to paint together. What a great day of painting we had together. Painting with friends, outdoors....it doesn't get much better than that....
