Among the Mountains

The weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, so I started working before noon. While driving toward the Lishan Guesthouse, I passed an open area with a tin-roofed building. From that spot, I could see the entire Lishan region — scattered houses, winding roads, white clouds, and green mountains. The sunlight illuminated the slopes as far as the eye could see. There was no noise here, only peace and freedom.
