Cottonwood is a triptych (a.k.a. "a painting with doors") using ink painting on panel, gold leaf, and walnut. This is a format I particularly enjoy. The images submitted are of the triptych (1) open (measuring 48"x96") and (2) closed (measuring 48"x48").
