Softly Beneath the Evening Sky

As I walked on the beach, I was drawn to the contrast between the water and the sky. In the fading light, the water was in shadow while the clouds above burst with color. This provided a wonderful opportunity to communicate the waves and foamy surf in a tonal manner.
