Pt Lobos near Carmel, CA is one of my favorite places in the world. It's so alive and inspiring. I love the brilliant color of the water in the inlets below the cliffs. "Point Lobos #2" captures both the unique location and the inner thrill of my experience. I did a plein air version on site and then created this larger one in studio.
