I came across this late afternoon scene at the train yard in Dubuque, Iowa. I was so taken by the deep shadows and the rusty, worn train cars that are still in use. Dubuque is a hard working town, something you sense as soon as you arrive. I felt these train cars were symbolic of that and the Soo Line is just a part of their proud history.
